I bought the BMPCC4K Camera today. Where do I get an Activation Code to download DVR Studio?

Davinci Resolve activation keys are on a physical card included in the packaging for the camera.

The camera I bought (at a authorized dealer) was a demonstration Camera (not used).
I did not found any card besides a thank you card and a how to get started. There is two sticker on the outside of the box with some barecode. What should I do now?

Based on similar questions asked on the forum in the past, I'm pretty sure the answer is going to be "talk with the dealer you bought it from".
