DaVinci starts - then quits

I have Davinci Resolve installed on W11 PC
Today when I went to start ... only initial screen (Fairlight console pic) and then it quits ... nothing, no programme.
I installed and downloaded latest Installer 19.1.3

I removed Davinci and Black Magic Raw Components and Davinci Resolve Control Panels.
I then installed running the installer as Administrator.

All installed ..... but again when I start up ... it starts to the Fairlight console picture then shuts down ..... I looked at task manager it shows Davinci starting but then quits. No error message - simply not running.

Any suggestions ?

Please indicate operating system and computer spec (including GPU and driver) and include this information in your signature.

If the host hangs or crashes please include a link to diagnostic logs for the developers to access.

Then shuts down ... no error

Something to try. If you are not using any panels go to Control Panel/Programs and Features, select DaVinci Resolve Control Panels and uninstall it.

Then you can reinstall the drivers. There’s only a problem with Resolve starting when those drivers are installed but not the panels.

Yes.
For some configurations without panels it seems to pose no problem having this installed and for others Resolve does not start. I haven't seen a clear pattern yet, only that this issue seems to be a Windows only issue.

On my system with Win 10 the control panels drivers are installed, I do not have the control panels but Resolve does start without having any problems.
