BM Camera App iOS exposure changes while locked

PostMon Mar 03, 2025 6:11 pm

I think BM released a fix for the issue where exposure would adjust despite being locked. I am on 2.2.100004, iPhone 15 Pro Max. Shutter speed is locked and the camera is still changing exposure. I’ve reinstalled the app and done a hard reset of the phone. I have video of it if you want me to upload it somewhere.

I’ve noticed this issue too, and it can be frustrating when the exposure shifts despite being locked. Hopefully, BM releases a more stable fix soon. In the meantime, if you're looking for an advanced video editor app for iOS that offers precise control over video effects and motion graphics, you might find it useful. It provides a great editing experience with professional-grade features. Let’s hope BM addresses this bug quickly!

I am on iPhone 16 pro max, BMD-camera V 2.3.000047. Same issue here. I verified it with the Apple-Camera-app and DJI Mimo. All the same. Exposure shifts to darker when panning to darker (!) regions and balances to given settings again when panning back. Still looking for a solution...

Same issue here. iPhone 15 Pro Max. How can this have no reply after 3 months?
