Dead Editor Keyboard?

so, I have been editing with Resolve for a couple of years, and I decided to take the plunge and get the Editor Keyboard, however when I connect it to my PC I get... nothing... I mean it works fine as a keyboard (although the keys are a little oddly placed in come cases) but the jog wheel, and all the special keys are non functional, nothing lights up, I tried multiple usb ports and cables, no luck... anyone know what I am doing wrong?

Are you experiencing this with Resolve or just with non-Resolve apps? If it is just the latter, then know that the jog wheel and special keys are specifically for Resolve only. It’s not a universal keyboard expect for the regular keyboard part. Otherwise, give BM a call - could be a faulty device.

In the Help menu in Resolve does it appear if you click on DaVinci Control Panels Setup?

don't worry, davinci has terrible keyboard compatibility, mine doesn't work on my work computer either, but it works on my laptop....
