Transfer movie files from Blackmagic app iphone to computer

What's the best way to transfer movie files from the blackmagic camera app, on an iphone (16Pro) to a computer or external hard drive?
Ideally, all files would be recorded on an external hard drive, but sometimes an external hard drive was not available. I've tried saving files to icloud, but it only seems to work for the small size files. (I have plenty of space in icloud). I've plugged the phone into my computer and "trusted" the device. What's next? I can't seem to find the computer as a place to save the files within the BlackMagic app. Nor do I see the BlackMagic app from my computer. Any information would be helpful, thank you!

I just tried using fast USB-C cable, iphone to computer, and using AirDrop, even though it's not air, and that seems to work. It's a little tedious doing a single file at a time, but it works for now. I didn't know that could be done.
(If this is redundant, I can delete this post. If it will help someone, especially those trying to outsmart icloud and that nonsense, I will leave this post up to help others. If there's an even better way, I welcome all information. Thank you so much!).

Uhm if you are on mac you can see it when you connect by cable or WiFi, navigate with finder in the file section and see the app, you can download all files in a folder where you prefer.

uhm i not downlod file from windows from years, also i continue to have windows.

in the Blackmagic Design app you can setup to save shooting in the gallery and when you connect an iphone to windows it mount gallery folder like device, and you can copy files (i tell you this until win10, over i dont know if now is the same or not).
