Angelbird 256g UHS II V90 SD card/VA4K

PostSat Mar 23, 2019 1:53 pm

Has anyone used the Angelbird 256g UHS II V90 SD card with the Video Assist 4K, or any other BM device? I realize that this card is not on any current "approved" list, that is why I'm asking. I would like to get longer record times for stage shows. I already own several 128g cards (three from Angelbird) but sometimes I am not able to change cards while a show is in progress because I'm somewhere else. I've been recording ProRes LT and can get 40 minutes per 128g card but I want to try one of the "higher" ProRes's which would reduce recording time too. I will send a message to Anglebird also, but I'm wondering if anyone here has some first hand experience. Thank you.
