Windows 10 Updates Unconfigures Decklink 4k

PostMon Feb 15, 2021 7:40 pm

Every time Windows 10 does an update, my decklink 4k stops recognizing the SDI input. I use Vmix with my Decklink 4k and normally works fine. However, every time Windows 10 does an update, I can't connect the Vmix to the Decklink 4k. The only way I know to fix this is to restore the system to a previous date.

I am hoping that you can help me to fix this problem without having to resort to a system restore.

I can confirm a similar issue within the approximate same timeframe (just noticed because I was out of office since late December but Decklink is not working and I've had that same Windows update)
System 1: Dell Precision 7810, Dual Xeon 2620, 72GB RAM, GeForce 1080ti 11GB, Win10 pro, Resolve Studio 17.4.
System 2: Custom build Intel i7-12700K, 64GB RAM, GeForce 1080ti 11GB, Ubuntu 22.04, Resolve Studio 17.4.
