Recording failure

PostWed May 05, 2021 3:37 pm

Hello, I recently bought a BMPCC 6K pro. Its been working perfect, but in the last couple of weeks is giving me an error when recording.

I am using a Samsumg SSD disc via USB C. When I press the record buttom the recording starts, but stops a few seconds later, creating corrrupted clips. I have change the SSD and the cable but I am still getting the same malfunction.

What should I do now?

You need to provide more details like
1. Which Samsung SSD? T5, T7, etc.
2. Codec you're recording in, example BRAW 3:1, etc.
3. Resolution and frame rate
The more details you provide, the more help folks can give you.
