Audio input and ffmpeg issue

PostThu Aug 05, 2021 10:27 am

Hello everyone.
I have a Blackmagic DeckLink 4K Extreme 12G card installed in Windows 10.
There is an Audio input device named (Blackmagic DeckLink 4K Extreme 12G Audio) in control panel.
This device is work fine in OBS, Skype as a Microphone input.

But in another computer doesn't show this device in control panel. I use the same capture card and the same version of Desktop Video(11.4.1).

Another question is that the device "Blackmagic DeckLink 4K Extreme 12G Audio" is work fine in OBS, Skype as above mentioned. But it is not working in ffmpeg when I use command "ffmpeg -f dshow -i video="OBS Virtual Camera":audio="Capture Card (Blackmagic DeckLink 4K Extreme 12G Audio)" -y out.mp4"

The error shows "Could not run graph (sometimes caused by a device already in use by other application)"
I google one solution is that Privacy Settings In the App permissions section click "Microphone" And enable "Allow apps to access your microphone".
But this doesn't work for me.

I'll be grateful if someone help me to solve these two problems.
