SDI to HDMI Mini Converter - What's the blue screen?

If you go to the Micro Converter page and you scroll down a bit to the "Broadcast Quality" section and you'll see a blue screen with a bunch of data on it... What is that blue screen from?

It's the output from a Tektronix scope or rasterizer.
