original BMPCC showing DNG files not stream in Davinci 18

PostSat May 27, 2023 6:12 pm

Just got an original BMPCC. I shot some footage in RAW. I tried to drag it into davinci but all I got was individual files.

Now I tried shooting again and tried a different card and I was able to LOAD AS A STREAM.

So there was a problem in the structure due to a bad card.

However is there a way to instruct those individual DNG files to play as a stream in davinci? I ask because it happened again when I was shooting. My battery failed after few mins and again all I could load was 3gb of DNG files in davinci. So I know what's going wrong...but how do I save footage if all I have all the individual DNGs?

Thanks

You can tell Resolve how to handle image sequences either as individual images or as sequences.
In the media pool at the upper menu there are 3 dots. Click them to tell Resolve how to handle image sequences.
Saying "Thx for help!" is not a crime.

My Biases:

You NEED training.
You NEED a desktop.
You NEED a calibrated (non-computer) display.
