[Intensity Pro] working fine but seeing Unknown Device?

PostThu Jan 23, 2020 10:06 am

I've just purchased an pre-owned Intensity Pro PCI-E card for some very basic device capture (RaspberryPi at low res) and it's working really well.

However in Device Manager (Windows 10x64) I'm seeing an "Unknown Device" listed which 100% is related to the card.

Blackmagic Audio, Blackmagic DeckLink WDM Streaming and Blackmagic Intensity Pro drivers are all installed successfully but something is very clearly missing.

Seeing as the card is working it's not a huge deal but for the sake of my OCD I'd like to resolve the driver issue.

Does anyone know what it is?

Thanks.

I'd be interested to know this too - same with the Ultastudio 4K Mini. Everything working fine but an extra unknown device in device manager.

It's just Micro$oft OS software :)
My guess is that the Mac OS platform gets better support by BMD....
Intensity Shuttle, ATEM Mini, Video Assist 5"(mini USB), Hyperdeck ShuttleHD,Analog to SDI mini-converter, software: Davinci Resolve 15 on Sierra, Resolve 18 on Catalina. (Using Apple OS 32 & 64 bit on different MacBook Pro's
