Hello friends, I have an Intensity Shuttle USB 3.0 it is configured and the programs recognize the card, however when I put the camera via HDMI it does not recognize, the hdmi cable is working normally, and I did the test on another card with the camera and It is also working, and if I try to connect audio via an RCA cable to the card, there is also no sound on the computer
