Hi all,
I'm feeling like an absolute moron! I've been at this for a couple days and still can't get it working.
I'm working with:
- Canon 70D
- Macbook Air (2017, OS 10.13 High Sierra)
- UltraStudio Mini Recorder
- Cable: HDMI mini to HDMI standard
- Cable: Thunderbolt 2 to Thunderbolt 2
- Software: BlackMagic Desktop Video Macintosh 11.5
When I open Desktop Video Setup, I still get "No Desktop Video Device Detected"
What I have ALREADY tried:
- I plugged the Canon into a TV with the HDMI cable and it works fine, so they're ok.
- I tried a different Thunderbolt cable, and a different computer, and I have the same issue.
- I've downloaded past versions of the software, and I have the same issue.
- I've reset the Canon to factory settings and made sure the WiFi is disabled
Any other suggestions? Much Appreciated!
