When i launch the app it says to delete the newer version from control panel. I've looked in control panel but i can't find it.
I can't launch it.

I'll assume you mean Resolve as you haven't bothered to say. Look in Control Panel-Programs and Features.

There is nothing there under Black Magic.

So, you had a version of Resolve installed which I take it you un-installed. If this is so, how did you un-install it?
