No HD output on MINI MONITOR

Hi,

I just started installing my brand Ultrastudio mini monitor ( thunderbolt) . I use Avid MC 7 and Smoke Ext 1 on a 2013 MBP Retina display. ( 500 ssd,i7/2.7ghz, 16gbram)
Unfortunately i cant get anything working in HD. In the BM system preference ( firmware 9.7.7) it would not work without "output processing". When it s "off" nothing happen . when i turn it on to "HD to SD conversion " than a poor SD image output show up on my Panasonic plasma monitor. ( both HDMI and SDI)
I tried it on Smoke , MC7 and blackmagic express. Alway the same issue.

Anyone i should know? Is it a a problem with the BM device?

help is greatly appreciated.

What model is the Panasonic monitor and what HD res and frame rate are you trying to output?

TH-42PF50U panasonic/ 1080P full HD.
frame rate 23.976

Does the Panasonic monitor support that res at that framerate? I couldn't see it in the list

didnt check that yet.

You could try 24P instead of 23.97, failing that try 60. Have a look through the specs sheet for the Panasonic monitor, that's what I did.
