Building a PC for Davinci Resolve

Hi team, I'm currently building a PC for a friend who would primarily want to use it for davinci resolve. 1080 work would be fine but i'm gonna see if i can get it to do 4k work with not too much hassle. The CPU I have Laying around is a I5-2500 4core. Would this be good enough for 1080/4k?
also when it comes to GPU is Vram more important than clock-speed? is clock-speed important at all?
The GPU i'm thinking of going with would be the Radeon RX580 8GB 1310MHz

of-course, currently have 16GB but plan to expand to 32GB

yes, 32GB is recommended for the Fusion "part" in Resolve.
