Capture format (Codec) question

I'm having a problem with my new Decklink Mini Recorder on my Windows PC.

It seems like the only codec that my hard drives can keep up with is the AVI Motion JPEG which isn't producing the results I'm hoping for. I have tried all of the others that are included and the resulting files had dropped frames, to greater or lesser degrees. All of the hard drives are USB 3.0+ and a mix of SSD/SATA (both internal and external).

The only codecs available to me are:
AVI 8-Bit YUV
AVI 10-Bit YUV
AVI 10-Bit RGB
AVI Motion JPEG
Quicktime Uncompressed 8-Bit YUV
Quicktime Uncompressed 10-Bit YUV
Quicktime Uncompressed 10-Bit RGB
DPX 10-bit RGB

What are my options at this point?

Hello, did you check your disks with BM disk speed test ? If you capture HD you should do so straight to fast a ssd or raid0 spinning disks
