Hi:
I've got a Thunderbolt 2 Mini Recorder that I've used for several years on Macs, so I know it works.
I am now trying to move it to a WIndows 10 system that has Thunderbolt 2 (HP Zbook) and it is not being detected. The Desktop Video Setup program doesn't detect it and windows has issues when I plug it in. It shows up in devices and printers as 2 unspecified devices.
I am a mac/linux guy so I am looking for some guidance on how to get this working. The version of windows is 64 bit windows 10 pro version 1903 OS build 18362.836
