Hello everyone.
I'm a new customer of an Ultrastudio Mini Recorder.
The goal is to connect my panasonic GH4 to my iMac to do live streaming.
The problem is that the led on the device doesn't turn on and the app Desktop Video Setup says "No desktop video device detected"
Here is my setup
iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2015)
macOs Catalina 10.15.5
Blackmagic_Desktop_Video_11.5.1
From iMac > mini cable Thunderbold out to hdmi in > cable hdmi out to thunderbol out > Ultrastudio mini recorder > cable Hdmi to the camera
What could be the problem?
