Hi friends,
I have Black Magic intensity shuttle its working fine with my Windows 10 Lap Top, there is no issue. But since I have only one USB 3.0 port I purchaced UGREEN 4PORT usb 3.0 Hub.The system is detecting the Hub and when I connect my USB 3.0 Black Magic intensity shuttle through UGREEN 4PORT usb 3.0 Hub my systm is detecting the shuttle and I can see in the device manager, whereas the black magic desk top video set up not detecting the Black Magic intensity shuttle also it is not working.
But when I directly connect to the lap Top without UGREEN 4PORT usb 3.0 Hub it is working.
Kindly advise how to resolve this issue
