assistence is working??

hi there unfortunately yesterday i think i damaged my camera
when i turn it on the led stays RED and doesn't turn off until i remove the battery plus the external power doesn't work anymore too

i wrote to assistence to open a ticket but i still don't get any answer

is it norml? last time they were so efficient that i was impressed!
