Hey all,
Have the H.264 Pro Recorder connected to 2015 MBPro running catalina and latest BMD Desktop Video SW.
Input is SDI coming from TeranexAV. No other cables connected to the device. Been working fine, have done 3 encodes with Media Express.
All of a sudden, input turned black and stopped encoding 'lost connection to device'.
Power cycled the device, reconnected USB cable, signal came back inside media express for 2-3 seconds then same issue.
have not been able to get a signal in Media Express from the Pro Recorder since.
Now.. looking at the power light, I see it cycling from bright to brighter, every few seconds.
Thought may be bad power cord.
Swapped power cord, swapped USB, same issue, Media Express doesnt see the device. No video / audio coming in.
Thoughts? Supposed to finish this capture job tonight
