Da Vinci Resolve USB Dongle

Hi, last year I bought a Da Vinci Resolve Studio version via USB Dongle, a couple of weeks ago I bought a licence / serial number and sold the usb dongle. The new owner claims to have problems with the installation / USB dongle. Do I habe to unlock the dongle for the new owner?

No. The dongle has no online registration or locking/unlocking process. If there is an issue it’s usually the computer usb Port.
