Quad HDMI Recorder and Mini Recorder 4K not compatible?

Hello,
I used to have 3 DeckLink Mini Recorder 4K in my pc and it worked fine. I removed the top most card and inserted DeckLink Quad HDMI Recorder and worked almost fine, one of the Mini Recorders didnt recieved signal any more.
I reinstalled the software thinking that would help but now Im stucked with only two Mini Recorder 4K cards detected and DeckLink Quad HDMI Recorder is not. Desktop Video Setup shows only two Mini Recorder 4K cards and they both can transmit signal but DeckLink Quad HDMI Recorder is gone.
What to do?

Tried that couple of times, not helping. Quad HDMI Recorder just wont show at all.

I genuinely wish you the best of luck. I've had to pull ours from the system (replaced with NDI) until BM gets the drivers sorted.
