I am using windows 7. My intensity Shuttle USB was working for years. I had a dard drive problem and since it has been fixed it is not working anymore. I am editing and I use it just to preview my edit on a TV monitor. Please help! The Shuttle is still good because when I plug the camera into it, I can see it the image on the TV.
