DeckLink Studio 4K audio input and output simultaneously

I would like to use the analog audio of the DeckLink Studio 4K simultaneously as input and output but no way, it works only as input or as output, is there a way to use them both together?

same problem here.
Did you find a solution? We are fixing it with another device on audio return.
Seems as if only one direction of analog audio is supported.

My understanding is DeckLink Studio 4K can be used either for input or output but not both at the same time. I have this card. [Rant on] I am a dissatisfied customer. [Rant off]
