How to adjust audiolevels on intensity extreme

I would like to adjust the audiolevels on my intensity extreme but I can't. Everything in the audiosection is greyed out. Use HiFi Levels is On?!? What can I do? How can I adjust my audio levels?

Hi. I have the same problem. This is an old post, but did you find a solution? I capture analog video, and the audio level section is greyed out.
