I downloaded Resolve 17. I was provided a serial number which I used during the installation. I did not write down the serial number assuming I would get an email confirmation that contained it. However, I never received any confirmation, and I can't launch the program without that serial number. What should be my next step?

The Activation key is on a plastic card. Is that what you are referring too?
If so, you need that card.

If someone gave you that activation key number, you need to have that secure like cash.
IF someone sold you that key you need to follow up with them for the plastic activation card that BMD ship.
