Where to download Teranex AV software for an update?

Good day all,

I am receiving a message that I need to perform a SW update on my AV unit, but I cannot find the location to download this? I'm sure it's around, if anyone could point me to the location, I would appreciate it. Thanks...

Who sent you the message for the update?
Anyway the latest firmware for the Teranex AV is from 2017 and can be downloaded here:
