No desktop video device detected - Intensity Pro

I've had problems with capture, so I changed the PCI slot to the Intensity Pro card. Now it doesn't detect the card. I uninstalled the driver, I turned off the computer, I installed the card on PCIe, I reinstalled the driver and I get this error:
No desktop video device detected.

So far if you'd detect my card.

Hi, I bought an Intel DB65al motherboard and put the Intensity Pro capture card in the pci experes 4 slot, which was identified by the system, but the software asked me to do the update and restart the system, and when the computer came up, the update message It appeared and I tried several times to update, but I could not. I later updated the drivers »Adboard, which after the update of the motherboard drivers, the capture card was no longer recognized.
