I am a Resolve Studio user. I have attempted to submit an "email" support request via the BMD website. When I click submit, it just returns me to the support page. It didn't provide a "thank you for your request" type message, nor did it send me any form of acknowledgement message.
Is this normal (and my request has been received) or is this broken? (And if the former - probably something BMD could tidy up in terms of user experience.)
