Bit rate of SD files captured with DeckLink Mini Recorder

I recently purchased a Digital Betacam deck with SDI outputs. I am investigating devices for capturing SDI video to Adobe Premiere. The tapes I will be digitizing are all SD 4:3 video. Yet I want to capture at as high a bitrate as I can. What is the maximum bitrate the DeckLink Mini Recorder can be set to in its capture settings?

I guess I should clarify that I'm asking about maximum Mbps. I don't see that on the specs page (it may be there, but if it is I'm not seeing it).

It depends on the software you're using, and the capability of the PC. If your disk is fast (and large) enough, you can record video without compressing it at all.
