Hi. I have fitted a decklink duo 2 mini card in a pc running:-
Windows 10 Pro
Version 20H2
Installed on ‎20/‎05/‎2021
OS build 19042.985
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.2020.0

I can open the desktop video setup program and change the video standard settings on the outputs.
When I try to launch the media express program the software does opens for about 5 seconds then closes down. I have tried running it as administrator but to no avail. I need to get this card up and running. Can somebody help me please?

I participate in the post which seems to be identical.
I am using a PC with the Decklink SDI 4K card mounted under:
Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC version 1809
Operating system built 17763.1757
CPU core i9 10900x

When Media Express starts up, the application opens and closes (1 or 2 s later).
Decklink SDI is successfully detected in Desktop Videos Setup.
Even in administrator mode, it doesn't change anything.
How can we solve this problem?

The problem is still present, even after a complete reinstallation of the software.
I really need a solution quickly.
Does anyone have a solution?
