Audio issue and Audio set up for one on one interview

PostTue Jul 20, 2021 5:44 am

I am trying to do a one on one interview using skype or zoom and recording that interview on the ATEM. I have the ATEM Extream ISO currently set up so that my video is recorded via cam 1 (HDMI 1) and my audio is recorded via Mic 1. And I am recording the other person on the interview via Laptop (HDMI 2) and on the laptop, the speaker is set to BMD HDMI (so the audio from the laptop is push to the ATEM and not via the latop speaker). But I can't hear the person on the interview so I plug a headset into the ATEM headset output and I am able to hear all the audio input on the ATEM. But the problem is I am also able to hear myself as I am speaking and this is very distracting. Is there a way so that I don't only hear myself out of the headset and I only hear the person I am interviewing?
