Intensity Thunderbolt Digitizing issues

Hi,

I just received my intensity shuttle thunderbolt. I was trying to digitize via HDMI through thunderbolt but I don't get anything on FCP7 or Media Express. Both my computer and both programs recognize the shuttle is connected but in media express I get "no Remote" and just a black screen with no audio in both Media Express and FCP7.

Here is what I'm running:

Macbook pro 17-inch, Early 2011
Processor 2.2 GHz Intel Core i7
Running Mavricks

As a new Intensity user, I could go through some basic settings with you:
In the control panel, have you set the input to HDMI? In Media Express or FCP, have you set the Intensity to the input res you use? (For instance 720p59.94fps?

K. I got it to work. It may have been because I was using a gopro as my video source. Tried composite SD video and perfect. Next I'll try out of the ATEM but so far so good

What is the output res and frame rate of the gopro? is it on the list of valid inputs?

I have HDMI out from my GoPro 3 Black Edition to the Decklink Card and I'm not seeing anything.

I have tried every single resolution/frame rate combination with no luck.

Has anyone been able to use a GoPro with HDMI?

When I got mine to digitize it was through teh atem so I knew the frame rate was right. I believe I heard that if you set the Gopro to 60fps an teh intensity to 30fps it will work. Never tried it though
