I was using an Intensity pro 4k card in a PC with windows 8.1 to do S-video captures and it worked perfectly.
I changed my PC for a more efficient hardware but under W 10 and installed the card, the drivers, the software there.
I have selected the s-video entry in "Desktop Video Setup", the card appears well in software, whether Media Express or Da Vinci.
It "works fine" when I open Device Manager.
But when I want to start the capture, I have no images or sound in Media Express and in Da Vinci it tells me that there is no card connected while it appears in the selection of Entrance!!???
I admit that I do not understand. I have checked the settings dozens of times, it is the same on my old PC and on the new one.
If anyone has any idea what to do
Thanks in advance
I apologize for my bad english
