Intensity Extreme blank video
Posted: Sat Nov 16, 2013 1:14 amI am using a new Mac Mini with the Intensity Extreme. I use this to stream our services using Wirecast. Every now and then it gives me a blank screen for about 1 second. About every hour or so. I have a sync generator connected to the IE through the breakout cable and also the video input is coming in through SDI. We use the Broadcast Pix Granite 5000 switcher to send the signal. I also get the blank screen when I switch between the clean feed and the program feed. Can anyone give me a clue to fix this or should I get a different capture box?
