FIRMWARE UPDATE JUMP

my Pocket is finally about to arrive next week. So I have some questions about the firmware updating. Ist it possible to Jump from i.e. 1.03 to 1.05 and where can I find detailed information about the current firmware. I'm sure this has been asked before, but thanks ahead anyay!
