Proper use of SDI to HDMI converter boxes

I’m trying to hook my MacBook up to a tv monitor about 100+ feet away. I’ve started my chain with a usb c hub, to hdmi in on my bidirectional SDI/hdmi box, SDI in to the SDI Ok my SDI to hdmi converter box on the tv, to hdmi out and into the hdmi port on my tv. So far I haven’t been able to recognize the tv. What am I missing?
