hackintosh and usb3 devices

I'd just like to khow how much specificaly mac hardware based are the curently developping usb3 drivers for mac.
Actually, in more simple terms, can I expect my ultrastudio sdi to works on a hackintosh once the usb3 drivers for mac are finalised(considering I have a recomended usb3 motherboard for windows) or are they too much mac hardware oriented for that?
