Hyperdeck Shuttle 2 can't record in 1080p

Hi, I recently picked up 3 hyperdeck shuttles and seem to be having problems viewing and recording in 1080p 25fps. At 1080i there was no problem, but when i switch the cameras back to 1080p, there was no image on the connected display and the "video" light does not light up. I initially connected a Sony HDR TD30VE, no image on 1080p mode but fine on 1080i mode. I connected a GoPro at 1080p 25fps, and there was no image and video light does not light up.

According to the specifications, it should be able for record in 1080p 25fps.

Can someone help.

My first guess is that the output doesn't match the input. Meaning you could be sending 1080p24 to an input that only supports 1080p25? Or even 1080p60 or some other frame rate that doesn't match. Make sure that all things are equal on output device and the input device.
