i had intensity 4k, for Monterey i should downgrade driver to 11.6, it's the last that work fine on my Intel Mac, i think later was M1 only be cause if i update never work nothing.
try to downgrade instead to upgrade to latest driver.
and verify to enable driver from system preference / security
