BMPC - Firmware upgrade, options for downloading to camera?

Hi there,

I just purchased the new BMPC and the first thing i attempted to do was to download the latest firmware update. I downloaded the software to my mac but whenever i open the software it instructs me to connect the camera via USB. I didn't get any USB connecting cables in the box? - am i missing something?

Today i went back to the store and the assistant advised that i should be able to download the firmware onto the memory card and insert it into the camera. Unfortunately i cannot find a way to do this (or any help online). I also tried to purchase a HDMI-USB cable from 3 camera/electronic stores but none of them (in stock).

Is there another way do update the firmware without a HDMI-USB cable? If this is the only way wouldn't it of made sense for BlackMagic to include on with the camera? It would have saved me much frustration as i just want to start using the thing!

Thanks,

Jake

From the manual:
USB
Use the USB port to connect your Blackmagic Pocket Camera to your computer and update the internal software. The USB port can be found inside the battery compartment.

It is just a generic miniUSB to full size USB cable needed, not a HDMI to USB cable (which does not even exist..)
How about reading the manual first?
