Utility software cant see the camera BMPC

Received a Blackmagic Pocket Camera today only to discover that on 3 different pcs the software keeps asking me to plug in the camera, even though I have the camera plugged in and turned on.

Anyone else had this issue?

Is there any way to upgrade the firmware off the SD Card?

I guess this one will have to go back.

For those who read this.. ive sent it back for swap over as its a faulty USB port.. also tech support assure me that the USB port is the only way to do firmware upgrades.. so there you go..
