I just purchased the Intensity Extreme and am running a new macbook pro. I am trying to stream via Ustream for an event with a Cannon T2i. Is this possible and if so, can you help me get the setting correct. Thanks

What resolution/framerate would you like to stream? (1080p30Hz, 720p60Hz) ? The intensity products are extremely picky.
Streaming should be possible though :)

HD 1920 1080i 59.94

T2i does not send a clean signal out though, you get graphic overlays and the picture does not fill the entire 16:9 area...

Many DSLR's are simply not useable as a live video source. You can sometimes improve things on certain Canon cameras through the use of the Magic Lantern firmware which allows you to have a clean feed without the data/info overlays - however the image is often cropped and not full screen - plus you often do not get the audio either. If budget is an issue - just pick up a cheap consumer camcorder and use that instead.

Beware that in any case both DSLR's and consumer camera often provide the HDMI out in a fixed format (usually 1080i) irrespective of how you may have configured the recording format on the camera.
