"No SD" Card in the BMPCC

I literally just opened my brand new BMPCC, and stuck in the included SD card with the software, and the camera has done nothing. It says "No SD" card.
I stuck in the Scandisk Extreme Pro 64gb, and still nothing happens.
I hit record and still "No SD."

I'm not a pro, I'm completely new to this camera and SLR's.
Am I missing a step?

Thanks in advance, and apologies if this is a low tier/imbecilic question.

The included card is not for the camera. It has the software for your computer. Your Extreme Pro should work fine. I would try to reformat it and see if your camera recognizes it then.

Thanks I will try that.
I also ran the "speed test" that is included in the updated firmware, and it recognized there was an SD card, though oddly, it still shows up as no sd card in the camera.

I'll reformat to exfat and try again.
