BMI Pro CPU Good Enough/Usage?

I have an Avermedia Live Gamer HD C985, internal capture card, and I've been trying to stream with it but it seems to be a bit stutter at times. I'm wanting to actually switch over to the BMI Pro. My connection is good enough to stream and my pc specs are:

i7 4770k
8gb ram
GTX 660

I'm wondering if anybody here knows if the BMI Pro takes up a lot of CPU? I'm really considering buying one really soon. Will a good GPU be needed as well?

Well the few specs you gave should be more than adequate, but you probably need to give other details such as motherboard and harddrives.
I'm surprised the card you already have is giving issues going by the CPU you have. Maybe you should look at other factors on your system, such as programs running in the background (antivirus etc)

I'll be livestreaming. They run very well for capturing but since I'm livestreaming, im assuming it takes up more than it would just capturing.
