Ultra-HD Camera Compatibility With DeckLink 4K Extreme

I recently purchased the DeckLink 4K Extreme to use with my JVC GY-HMQ10U 4K camera. This camera has 4 HDMI live outputs that break the image into quadrants which I was hoping to be able to convert to work with the DeckLink. It did not work.... Just as an FYI the JVC camera's resolution is 3840 x 2160 which is the highest supported resolution by the DeckLink 4K extreme.
Anyway, I am looking to see what cameras other people have used that are compatible with the DeckLink 4K extreme, and have live output from the camera?
