Teranex AV won't update to 7.1.4

Hi

I have downloaded the last update for Teranex AV (7.1.4).

I connected my Teranex AV # 8763173 and click to update in the Teranex setup (version 7.1.4).
Its say ''Your Teranex is up to date'' but when i go in ''System Setup'' / ''Info'' on my Teranex AV its say ''SW Version 6.1''

What can i do to update to 7.1.4 I need it to work with BIG SUR.

7.1.4 is ONLY to apply a Firmware for the new batch of Teranex AV units that seems to have been re-designed due to chip shortage!!

Nothing new for the older Teranex AV units.
